Jacob Bath, 20, is featured as one of the builders in our special section focusing on the younger builders in Northern Michigan. Jacob works with his contractor father, Bill Bath and business co-owner (and mom) Laura. He started working on job sites in middle school and has worked every summer with his father and crew to learn about construction techniques and project planning.
The home project featured was a total rework of the exterior of a home on Walloon Lake. Jacob managed the entire project from customer relations to job site management.
The kitchen remodeling project was a total tear-out and redo of a kitchen in Petoskey.
